iPIP Connect – Eid Milan Breakfast a Resounding Success
The iPIP community came together for a memorable and highly successful Eid Milan Breakfast, marking yet another milestone in strengthening the Irish-Pakistani professional network.
The event witnessed an overwhelming response, with all seats fully booked within just five days — a clear reflection of the growing engagement and enthusiasm within the iPIP community.
Hosted at Kings Biryani, attendees were treated to an authentic 5-course traditional Pakistani breakfast, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere reminiscent of home. The gathering provided the perfect setting for meaningful conversations and community building.
The session commenced with Dr. Waseem Akhtar, Co-Founder Executive of iPIP, who shared the inspiring journey of the organisation and highlighted its ongoing contributions to empowering professionals across Ireland. This was followed by Nawaz Zai, Co-Founder Executive, who welcomed attendees and presented recent success stories, showcasing the continued growth and impact of iPIP initiatives.
The event also featured insightful contributions from key members of the community:
- Dr. Mansoor spoke about the strong and evolving partnership between iPIP and IBA Karachi, with particular emphasis on mentorship efforts through the IBA Parvaaz Mentorship Program.
- Hamza Afridi, Core Committee Member, shared an inspiring success story detailing the recent acquisition of his startup.
A standout feature of the event was the member introduction session, where attendees had the opportunity to share their professional backgrounds, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections. The room was filled with energy and purpose, as members actively engaged in networking, sharing job opportunities, discussing innovative ideas, and exploring potential collaborations.
Special recognition goes to the young IT professionals who participated and volunteered their support for upcoming initiatives — particularly in mentoring new graduates with CV preparation and interview readiness.
